Happy Fathers Day!

I want to take second to wish all the fathers out there a happy fathers day. Hope you all have a wonderful day. :) 

A special shout out to my brother, Jason. This is his very first fathers day. <3 I just want to let you know just how proud of you I am. You have accomplished many wonderful things. I have watched you go from being my little brother who looked up to his big sister, now the tables have turned, I now look up to you. :) I have enjoyed watching you grow into who you have become, but the past year really amazes me. You have completely grown up & changed for the better, but your still the same goofy brother I grew up with. :D You now have a beautiful wife and are blessed with a beautiful daughter of your own. Your working your ass off to provide for your family 
& you would do anything for them. I am so proud of the man you have become. :) I hope you have a wonderful first fathers day!! 

I sure hope we remain super close. And who knows we could end up living across form one another and our kids could be the bestest of friends. :) 

June = Beginning of Summer :)

I haven't posted anything in a while so here is my first June post. :) Yay June is finally here!! :)
June is one of my favorite months because it is the beginning of "SUMMER!!" and Summer is by far my favorite Season. :) June is a busy month. There is a total of 6 birthdays just in the family. Lots of birthday shopping to do.
Now is the time when the kids get out of school and camping trips begin. :) I love camping. I wasn't able to go last year, so this year I have to make up for it. :) I love boating with my friends, inner tubing behind the boat, anything involving water. That is the summer fun I live for. I can not wait to the lake everyday, boating, camping, bonfires, bikini's, iced drinks, coffee, all the summery foods, ice cream, smoothies, family reunions, and tanning. As far as I'm concerned it's heaven on earth.
This summer is going to be a good one. :) I am so excited for all the endless possibilities in store. It's going to suck when it's over. :(

Kendra is a week old already :)

Over the past week Kendra has accomplished so much. One of her first smiles/giggles were caught on camera. :) Even when she is being fussy there is still a smile just waiting to come out. She is one of the most well behaved and non temperamental babies I know. I love holding her in my arms and looking down at her precious little face. ♥
I could not love you more. I can't wait to teach you a whole bunch of wonderful stuff. I look forward to watching you accomplish so many wonderful things in this world, and watching you grow into a wonderful, gorgeous little girl, pre-teen, teenager, and young woman. Aunty Reesey loves you to pieces and always will my precious niecey piecey. ♥ xoxo.

Only 6more weeks to go Kendra.

Only 6 more weeks to go, until my brother and sister in law will be welcoming their baby girl and my little niece Kendra into this world. I am so excited and can't wait to meet her. I wish she would hurry up and get here. The anticipation is killing me and of course her parents.

A Day At The Mall With The Family :)

With family there is never a dull moment, seriously...never. Yesterday we went on an adventure to the mall. After walking around for a while we came across a Fiat and thought it would be funny to have Chris sit in it, or at least try to. As you can tell from the picture it was pretty entertaining at least for all of us anyways. It's always a good time when you're with family. God I love my family. I wouldn't change it for the world. I love you all!!

It's a...GIRL!!

As of yesterday my brother and his girlfriend found out the sex of their baby. Surprise It's a GIRL!! I knew it all along. :) Everyone say hello to my little niece Kendra Leeann. I can't wait to meet my niece!! So excited.

Babies :)

In the past 2 1/2 years or 3 maybe even 4 most my childhood friends/family are either getting married or having babies. Don't get me wrong that's amazing for them, and I couldn't be happier for them. I wish them and their families nothing but the best.  

I found out last month that my younger brother and his wonderful girlfriend are having a baby! A BIG Congratulations and best wishes to them :) I couldn't be happier for them. Their pregnancy is still in the early stage right now, her morning sickness just started. They plan on getting engaged, and married before the baby comes along. Some might say that people are getting married and having babies to young these days. And you would be partially right. Back in the day say 10 to 12 years ago. People planed on getting married and having kids after they have experienced everything they wanted to in their life and are in a good place in life to have a baby financially, career wise and so on. 

I'm not saying that having kids early is a bad thing. As long as you can take proper care of that child, and make sure they have and get all the things they need. Let's be honest these days it's hard enough to get by on your own let alone adding another person to that, especially young people who just graduated and are going into the world for the first time. Having a baby is not a cake walk. Your up all hours feeding and trying to get them to go to sleep. Everyone involved looses sleep. You still have to cook and clean and do all the stuff you did before the baby came, except the unhealthy things like smoking and so on. There are some people out there who have done it. And to those parent I say 'Job Well Done'. 

I guess it really depends on where you and your partner are in your lives. For example my brother and his girlfriend. They have been together for a year, it'll be 2 years in December for them. Yes they both are very young, but they both love each other very much and they are at a place in their lives where they feel is a good time for them to have children. It's not like she just wants a kid and he doesn't or vice versa . They both want kids and are extremely happy and excited about their unborn baby. It's usually the people who want to have kinds and plan on it that are good loving parents. And I know that they will be great parents. :) 

Personally for me I'm a little more old fashioned and so is my boyfriend. I didn't want to have a baby at a young age. It wasn't until late this year that my wonderful boyfriend and I started thinking about having kids. I mean we've talked about it before and all, but we want to have a baby here in the near future. But before we do that we want to be in a good place financially and so forth. We both grew up in poverty and don't want to raise our child like that. We want our child to have a better childhood/ life than we had. I like my mother think that a good age to have a child is your mid 20's. You've had time to be in a good place to have children. Schooling is done, good job attained, house in a good neighborhood with schools. We most definitely do NOT want to move our child around from house to house like I and my boyfriend did as children. It sucks having to change schools and homes constantly. 

Hopefully in the next year or 2 we will have all our stuff together, good paying job, good house and everything else we want to accomplish before we have our first child. :) The more I think about it the more real it becomes, and the more excited I get about one day becoming a mommy.  :) When that day comes it will be one of the most wonderful experiences of my life, a true blessing. But until then I am more than happy with what I have right now. A true partner in life, someone I will gladly grow old with. :) Someone who loves me more than anything because I'm his everything. Someone who's always there for me and has my back no matter what. Someone who wants nothing more than to make me happy every single day. Someone who completes me and keeps me centered when I'm about to lose my cool. Someone who is my other half or better half :) THE ONE I am going to spend the rest of my life with.  SO BLESSED :) <3
